Born and raised in Atlantic Beach, Florida, Amy is honored to call herself a Jacksonville native. She has witnessed first hand the transformation of the city into one of the most desirable places in the nation.
Prior to starting a career in real estate, Amy devoted fourteen years to BellSouth as a customer service and training manager. During this time, she earned her Master of Business Administration degree. In Amy’s mind, education and real estate go hand in hand. In order to serve her customers’ best interests, it is imperative that she stay up to date on the ever changing real estate market, processes, contracts, and laws. This belief inspired Amy to attain multiple accreditations and designations such as Real Estate Broker, REALTOR®, Certified Residential Specialist, and Accredited Buyer's Representative.
Amy dedicates her time and energy to knowing the Jacksonville market (especially the Beaches area). Many of Amy’s customers are first-time buyers and sellers. She is committed to making the real estate experience fun, successful, and as stress-free as possible. Amy thinks of herself as a guide who is there to help her customers to smoothly navigate the buying and selling process, thus her motto - “Guiding You Home”.
Amy loves animals, the ocean and believes in giving back to her community. She volunteers for the Beaches Sea Turtle Patrol, a local volunteer group dedicated to working with the Northeast Florida sea turtles. She also supports the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), Caribbean Conservation Corporation, Audobon Society, Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry, brAIDS, AID Atlanta, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, American Cancer Society.
When Amy is not assisting her customers and the community, look for her on the beach or surfing by the Jacksonville Beach pier!
When my wife and I found out that we were relocating to the Jacksonville area, one of the best things that happened to us was stumbling upon Amy's website. Amy was available to meet with us according to our schedule and really listened to what we were looking for. Amy is a great REALTOR®, but first and foremost - a great person. Never were we pressured in any respect. We got the house we wanted at a reasonable price and closed on our schedule. Working with Amy, with her professional, friendly demeanor, good humor, and strong ethics, allowed us to focus on all the other aspects of our move. We never worried about the real estate part of the equation, because we knew Amy was taking care of things. -Scott and Carolyn
I can't say enough wonderful things about Amy. I looked for a house in
Jacksonville for several months! I drug her though the mill!! Guess I was a very particular buyer and looked at approximately 70 homes! Amy was very patient and determined to find me the perfect home, and finally the day came. I now miss our outings and adventures. I miss driving around in the dark, neither of us being able to see, and viewing houses where the electricity was disconnected with a flashlight waiting for the police to pull up! She is a very fun, positive, determined and professional REALTOR® and I would highly recommend her for the toughest assignment. She will stick with you from the very first day to closing and beyond; an excellent choice -Beverly
After many years as long-distance landlords, we decided to sell our rental property but had no idea how to find a top-notch real estate agent in Jacksonville. Luckily, a friend recommended a highly qualified agent, Amy Wilson. Amy didn't just list our house and wait for buyers, she marketed our property using proactive strategies. When we considered repairs and upgrades, Amy carefully analyzed those that would be most cost-effective and in our best interest. She excelled in customer communication by continually updating us on buyer activity and feedback specific to our property. The bottom line is that Amy Wilson sold our house in record time in a "down" market and was always pleasant and professional. Our only regret is that we don't have another house for Amy to sell! - -Capt (USN ret.) & Mrs. Thomas Lawrence
