Mark’s professional and personal standards have a strong emphasis on “giving back” to his community. Included in these standards is a program through which Mark donates a portion of every commission earned to local animal welfare organizations in his clients’ name(s).

Personal and Professional Background
Mark is a San Francisco Bay Area native and has bought, sold and built homes in Northern California since 1982. His properties were located in four Bay Area counties, stretching from Mendocino in the North through San Mateo in the South.
Mark’s first career in secondary education allowed him to develop his teaching and communication skills. His second career in Air Traffic Control sharpened his perception, quick-thinking, and intuitive qualities. During Mark’s term with the FAA, he was a national representative in Washington where he earned trust and recognition of his leadership and facilitation abilities across the country. Now, as a REALTOR®, Mark combines all of these talents and skills to lead his clients through the complex world of Real Estate.

Other Interests
Mark enjoys spending his “off-duty” time as a music director and singer, volunteering at the Humane Society of Sonoma County, and at home playing with his Beagles.
n Bogner, Ukiah native, has been serving the inland Mendocino County area for over 29 years. John specializes in residential property in the Hopland, Ukiah, Redwood Valley, Potter Valley and Willits areas. Part of The Bogner Group, John's partner, Gary Nix, specializes in land, ranches, vineyards and commerical/investment properties.
After many years owning their own successful real estate company, John & Gary sold and returned to their first love in real estate; working directly with buyers and sellers. They both enjoy meeting new people and sharing the beauty of Mendocino County with their clients.
John is very active in the local community including past president of both the Greater Ukiah Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of South Ukiah and is a current board member of the Mendocino College Foundation.
Gary is also a past president of the Greater Ukiah Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Mendocino County Board of Realtors as past board member of the Ukiah Symphony Association.
John & Gary have been together for 31 years and enjoy entertaining, travel and their two miniture schnauzers, Buster & Kaizer. Gary is an avid cyclist and enjoys long rides on the mountain roads around the beautiful Ukiah Valley.
