I started in real estate in 2003 and became a broker in 2005. I **strongly** believe in education and at this point I have over 500 hours of educational credit with the state.
I maintain a blog on the GREEN efforts we use around our house (www.DallasGreenStreets.com) . We have reduced our electrical load from 2004 to 2009 by 41%. It's a HUGE savings. I teach GREEN real estate practices and work with other professionals to show how green can help your business.
I specialize in several areas. I work with the gay and lesbian community in Dallas and help GLBT family relocate to the Dallas area. I've been voted best Real Estate Agent by the Dallas Voice in 2006, 2007 and 2008. My brokerage, Texas Pride Realty won best brokerage in 2010. I also work with golf course communities, GREEN efforts in housing.
