I started selling Real Estate in New Jersey. That is where I was born and raised. My family still lives in Central Jersey (for now anyway). I lived in Hoboken and sold Real Estate all along the Hudson River on the Jersey side.
I moved to North Carolina and the Charlotte area in November of 2004 and still believe that it was the best thing that I have ever done. Not only has it been great for my career but for my personal life as well. I was here for just over a year when I met my soul mate Brian. We had our commitment ceremony on June 28, 2008 in Mooresville overlooking Lake Norman.
Our new family consists of our 3 beautiful daughters….Lauren, who will be a junior and in the nursing program at UNCC….Emily, who will be a junior at Porter Ridge High School……and Jenna, who will be in the 6th grade at Porter Ridge Middle School.
The other members of our happy family are our pets…..Riley (a Lab mix), and Zippy (a Shih Tzu & Chihuahua mix).
Besides spending time with my family I enjoy…
Reading....I am a big James Patterson fan,
Playing Sudoku....I use to tease our oldest daughter for playing all the time and now I am hooked,
Playing Board Games....Monopoly (go figure) and Scrabble are 2 of my favorites,
Playing Cards....love Black Jack and Texas Hold-em
Traveling....I love seeing different place and cultures,
Most of all I LOVE helping people find their new homes so they can create new and wonderful memories.
I can't wait to help you make your Real Estate DREAMS become a REALITY.....TODAY!!!

Thanks for taking the time to learn a little more about YOUR Realtor, BRIAN SIMPSON.
My passion for Real Estate revolves around the people, the architecture that defines the community and the quality of life in the community. I truly believe that how you do business is a reflection of who you are and what your values are.
I am a Charlotte Native and enjoy working and being actively involved in my community.
I attended Wingate University and Central Piedmont Community College.
I have fifteen years experience in the Design and Construction of Commercial and Residential Construction Projects. My goal is to utilize my experience in the design and construction industry to better serve my clients.
Family is what drives me to be successful. Success is not always defined as how much money you make, how many homes you sell but success, for me, is defined by the legacy that you leave with your family and those around you.
I enjoy traveling, spending time with my 3 daughters and my partner.
I enjoy spending time at the gym and working out. Fitness isn't something to obtain but a lifestyle. A life long battle with weight has taught me that the outer appearance is not always the most important thing but you hold the key to building a fulfilled and healthy lifestyle.
