I have lived in Rehoboth Beach since 1990 and have been involved with the purchase and sale of over 100 properties. Coming from a marketing and sales background, I have been involved in many business ventures in town and elsewhere. From the age of 16, I have been buying, selling and renovating, both commercial and residential properties. I know what is involved to be successful in real estate. Having been blessed with the opportunity to work with outstanding realtors throughout the years, they have taught me what it takes to be a superior agent.
Growing up in a family of realtors, Sunday mornings were devoted to devouring the "Sunday Real Estate" section of the paper before and after church. Often, I spent time assisting at open houses and helping place "For Sale" signs and "Sold" signs on the lawns of my family's satisfied clients. In short, real estate is my passion. When purchasing or selling a property, you need to have an agent who has walked in your shoes and understands what you are going through. My shoes certainly have a lot of mileage on them!
As one of my core and fundamental beliefs, I have been lucky enough to be able to give back to the community through different charitable and civic causes. These organizations and events include the Sussex County Land Trust Ball and Beebe Hospital Events. My current interests are rooted in my past exposure to the arts, theater, music, reading, wine tasting, watching and participating in sports, as well as, travel.
